These Terms govern your use of Go 3D, operated by Tomi Kiljunen, Finland, at go3dgame.com. By using Go 3D, you agree to these Terms.
Go 3D is a browser-based game that lets you play the board game Go on a three-dimensional cubic board, alone, against a computer opponent, or online with another person.
Most features of Go 3D are free, including single-player modes, joining games created by others, and offline play.
Creating a new online multiplayer game requires a one-time payment of €2.00 (two Euros). This payment is processed by Stripe. Once paid, you may create unlimited online games from the same account, for as long as Go 3D operates.
Applicable VAT is included in the displayed price for EU customers, in accordance with EU law.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 7 days of your payment by emailing support@go3dgame.com. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, typically within 5 working days. After 7 days, refunds are no longer guaranteed but may still be considered for technical issues.
To create online games you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.
Chat messages you send during a game are relayed to your opponent through Firebase only for as long as needed to deliver them. We do not read, archive, mine, or analyse chat content. The Service automatically discards old messages from view, and all messages are removed when the game room is cleaned up. You retain all rights to anything you say in chat.
You are responsible for your own messages and agree not to use chat for harassment, illegal content, or spam.

Go 3D is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from bugs, or that Go 3D will meet your specific needs.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Go 3D at any time. In the unlikely event that Go 3D is permanently shut down within 30 days of your payment, we will offer a full refund on request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Go 3D. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the last 12 months (i.e., a maximum of €2).
