Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 May 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Go 3D, operated by Tomi Kiljunen, Finland, collects and uses information when you use go3dgame.com.
1. What we collect
When you use Go 3D, we collect:
- Google account information — your name, email address, and profile picture, only if you sign in with Google to create an online game.
- Payment information — when you pay €2 to unlock game creation, your payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, linked to your account ID.
- Game data — board states from online games you create or join, stored in Firebase Realtime Database only while the game is active and auto-deleted within 24 hours of the last move.
- Chat messages — when you send a chat message during an online game, it is briefly relayed through Firebase to your opponent so they can receive it in real time. We do not read, log, or analyse chat content. Only the last two messages are kept visible during the game; older messages are discarded from the screen. All chat is removed when the room is cleaned up (within 24 hours of inactivity).
- Usage analytics — anonymous events such as page views, button clicks, payments, and games completed, via Firebase Analytics. These do not personally identify you.
- Technical data — your browser type, operating system, country (from IP address), and similar non-identifying technical information.
2. Why we collect it
- To let you sign in and create or join online games.
- To process the one-time €2 payment for online game creation.
- To enable real-time multiplayer functionality.
- To understand how the Service is used and improve it.
- To respond to support requests.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
4. How long we keep it
- Account data — for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time (see section 6).
- Game data — abandoned games auto-delete after 24 hours of inactivity. Active games persist while in progress.
- Payment records — retained by Stripe per their policies (typically 7 years for tax and legal reasons).
- Analytics — Firebase Analytics retains data for up to 14 months by default.
5. Cookies and local storage
Go 3D uses browser local storage to remember your settings (theme, sound preference, current game state) and your installation dismissal preference. Firebase Analytics may set cookies for usage analytics. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Union, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the new policy.
